We are happy to announce that we are rated top three wedding photographers in San Jose in 2018! This is the third year that we are rated top there in the wedding photography category in San Jose Bay Area. Thank you very much our clients and fans!
We were honored to work with Lorena & Rick for their beautiful wedding at Winchester Mystery House in San Jose. Winchester Mystery House is a truly unique wedding venue in south Bay area. With the magnificent Queen Anne style Victorian mansion as a backdrop, the wedding ceremony site is just spectacular. Lorena and Rick love Victorian style buildings, so that we took several extra photos of the building. Lorena got ready at Hotel Valencia in Santana Row, San Jose. Hotel Valencia is just a few blocks away from Winchester Mystery House, which is an ideal choice for wedding in the venue. Lorena and Rick were super nice and great working with. We were able to take some favorite shots for this lovely couple. The newly wed couple, the wedding party, the family, the guests all had a wonderful time. The cocktail, the drinks, the buffet and the dessert are just perfect. At the end of the day, we took the last set of photos for the bride and groom in front of Winchester Mystery House.
The following are some selected photos of the wedding at Winchester Mystery House. Congratulations to you, Lorena & Rick!
Rachel & Dan got married at the scenic Cinnabar Hills Golf Club in San Jose. Cinnabar Hills Golf Club is one of our favorite wedding venues in San Francisco Bay Area. I worked with Rachel & Dan for their engagement session at Santa Cruz last year, so we could not wait for this big day to see them again. Rachel looked beautiful and Dan looked handsome. Most important of all, we know that they are excited for the day to happen too. It was a thrill working with the cute couple. The wedding venue coordinator was also very helpful for the sunset photo. There is a big oak tree at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club. During sunset time, the lighting and scenery were just magical. You will see the first photo below. There were lots of dancing and laughing. At the end of the day, we took the last set of photos for Rachel & Dan.

We had great pleasure working with Cindy & Sheng for their bridal portrait session in San Francisco, CA. The Palace of Fine Arts is our first stop, followed by Legion of Honor and we finish at Baker Beach. Cindy & Sheng are super easy and fun to work with. The lovely couple would go for a distance for some artistic shots, which we love to do. Cindy’s red dress worked fantastically with some backgrounds in the scenery, so that we will post more photos of her in red dress. Actually, we will use one of the red dress photos as the featured image at the beginning of this photo session. It also gives us the opportunity to take more photos when Cindy is in her beautiful white wedding dress on the wedding day next year 🙂
The following are some selected photos from the bridal portrait session in San Francisco. We can’t wait working with Cindy & Sheng for their wedding next year.
Hee & Doug got married! They got ready at the lovely Stanford Park Hotel in Palo Alto, CA, which is a romantic wedding venue with lush olive trees in the courtyard. The event was full of intimate air from the beginning to the end, with happy tears and laughter. The cute couple had the wedding ceremony at Stanford Memorial Church, which is extremely popular in the past dozes of years. The church has a book record that holds the names of thousands of couples who got married in this beautiful church. We walked around the Stanford University campus for a few more bridal party and bridal portraits after the ceremony. The wedding reception was held at University Club of Palo Alto. The toast was fantastic and one can feel the love throughout the reception. Doug even gave a surprising dance for the garter toss, which almost brought Hee to touching tears.
