I had great pleasure working with Ruixiao and Wei for their wedding portrait session. My assistant Vicky helped the photo shooting during the whole session and she was simply wonderful! The makeup artisit Thucell also did a wonderful job on the bride’s makeup. We first went to Ruixiao and Wei’s home for the wedding preparation photos. Then we went down to Santana Row at San Jose taking some photos in some special spots such as Hotel Valencia. Then drove up to San Francisco for more wedding photos. We went to the City Hall, Palace of Fine Arts, Bakers Beach, etc. It took a whole day to finish the whole shooting and it was well worth the effort. I had some of the best shots of all time and here are some of my favorites.

Tamme & Michael got married in May. The wedding location is in Fresno area. It is in a beautiful farm in Sanger, central California. There is a nice corn field and lots of greens surrounding the area. It is a small and intimate wedding with about 50 guests. After the ceremony, I had some time working with Tamme and Michael alone in the surrounding area of Sanger. I enjoyed it a lot since the shooting environment was different from what I used to do before. The following are some of my favorite photos during the photography session.

Libby was maid of honor at Elsa’s wedding. She was getting married in April this year. After watching the online album of Elsa’s wedding, she decided to book me to take pictures for her big day. The preparation site is in Hilton, Santa Clara. The wedding ceremony and reception site is in Santa Clara Tennis and Golf Club. There is a restaurant named David’s that can hold more than 200 guests. I had lots of fun shooting this wedding since I met old friends again in the happy, happy day. Libby and Gabriel are easy and fun to work with. There is a large wedding party of 16 including the bride and the groom. So it was time to organize the group shots again

I had the hornor to shoot Calli and TJ’s wedding on 9/12/09. The wedding ceremony is in Hilton Scotts Valley, CA. There is a beautiful wedding site in the garden area of Hilton. I took their engagement photos last year and was very happy to see them again. Calli and TJ printed out a very large size picture taken by me and put it in the reception area. To my amazement, there were seven bridesmaid and seven groomsmen. It was fun to organize such a large wedding party in different poses and pay attention to their emotion so that I could capture the moment of happiness.
